Do I have to be a US citizen?
Yes, you must be a US citizen and a resident of the United States. Fluency in English is required, however speaking other languages can be a benefit as well.

What are the requirements to service as an agent?
Qualifications
- Must 18 years or older (no exceptions)
- Must be able to pass 7-year background check
- Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must be self-motivated
- Must have a quiet work environment while servicing
- Must have required Equipment
- Must be a US Citizen & Resident of the United States
Do I get paid for certification?
Yes, our clients offer an “earn while you learn” plan where you get paid during certification class when taking live practice calls. Once you have completed certification successfully, you will have the option of choosing your schedule.
How will I be paid?
You will be paid via direct deposit on the 1st and 15th of each month. If your pay day falls on the weekend or on a bank holiday, it will be the next business day.
How long does it take before I start making money?
This could vary depending on how motivated you are to get started. You can complete the application, orientation, and registration in a couple of hours. From there, you simply choose your client, complete their certification training and you’ll be all set. The amount of time it takes to complete certification training will depend on your client, so take this into consideration when making your selection.
How do I get started?
Simply fill out our application and we will send you everything you will need to get started.
Do you offer full-time work? I’d like to work 40 hours per week.
Since you are an independent contractor, you have complete flexibility in the number of hours that you work. As long as you are able to work at least 15 hours per week, you can work as many hours as you want. You can also provide services to more than one company if you’d like as long as the schedules do not overlap. There is also an opportunity to earn performance-based incentives.
Why is a background check required?
We maintain high standards and represent clients that have high standards as well. You will access to confidential and/or sensitive information, so a background check is required to confirm your identify and verify that you do not have a criminal history. Felonies and misdemeanors that include fraud are not permitted.
What type of equipment is required?
This mostly depends on the client. Some will require a USB headset and allow you to accept calls through your computer. Others will require a telephone. In either case, you will need a hard-wired, high-speed Internet connection, and an up to date computer. Mac computers can be used if they are setup to run Windows via Bootcamp. Also, there will be an equipment compatibility check during the registration process. We also offer equipment financing through our business partner. How much does this all cost?
The certification course for the client that you choose will be absolutely free. There is a $30 charge that you must pay for the background check, however one of the incentives that we offer is full reimbursement of this expense.

The type of work varies from sales, customer service, technical support, as well as email and chat support. There are lots of clients for you to choose from and new ones are being added all the time.

Will I be an employee of your company?
No, all of our team members, or CSPs, are independent contractors of Focus Works Digital, LLC. You will receive a 1099 and must pay your own taxes. We will not withhold any taxes from your check. Please contact a local tax advisor if you need more information about this.
How many hours am I allowed to work?
This really depends on you and the client that you choose. Most of them have a minimum requirement of 15 – 20 hours per week that you must satisfy to continue servicing them. Some of them have a weekly cap of no more than 100 hours. So, if you were making $15/hour and worked 100 hours, it would be $1,500 for that week. It’s really a matter of how motivated you are and what the client allows.
Why should I choose your company as my Arise Service Partner (IBO)?
There are a few reasons for this. First of all, we are always available to provide you with exceptional support throughout all phases of your time with us. It doesn’t matter if you are just onboarding or two years into servicing your client. A lot of other IBOs are not available to assist you after you’re set up, but we are fully committed to your success. Simply email, text, or give us a call when you need assistance.
Secondly, we are completely transparent and never withhold any information from you. A lot of the IBOs out there will not tell you how much the client is actually paying because they take a cut of your hourly rate. Your hourly rate with us will be based on 100% on what the client is paying. The only thing we charge is a flat rate of $49.99 per invoice. This includes the $19.75 fee that Arise Virtual Solutions charges for access to their platform as well as the cost of our support fee, office equipment, software, payroll processing, direct deposit, and other additional business expenses. Again, you will ONLY pay $49.99 per invoice. That’s it.
