Job Overview & Description
Job Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
- U.S. citizenship or legal residency in the U.S. is mandatory
- High school diploma or GED equivalency is required
- Preferred: One year of prior customer service experience
- Successful completion of a background check is necessary
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Strong time management abilities are a must
- Capability to work independently and remotely is required
- Access to a desktop or laptop with a hard-wired Ethernet connection to a high-speed modem is essential for remote work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service & support
- Respond to customer support inquiries
- Make follow ups when necessary
- Manage incoming calls or chats
- Maintain customer records and data
- Uphold a professional manner and attitude at all times
- Obtain product knowledge to provide superior customer service
- Provide administrative and basic technical support
